Missions

🎯 Your main goal will be to drive both pre-sales and post-sales technical success — from discovery and proof of concept (POC) to deployment, adoption, and expansion — ensuring customers realize the full value of n8n.

1. Leading Technical Sales Engagements

🚀 Lead discovery calls and demos to showcase n8n’s capabilities and align solutions with client needs.

2. Creating and Managing POCs

📊 Design and guide client POCs, ensuring smooth execution, measurable success, and seamless handover to post-sales teams.

3. Driving Customer Onboarding and Adoption

💡 Support implementation and integration to ensure fast time-to-value, while creating materials that empower clients to scale independently.

4. Building and Nurturing Client Relationships

🤝 Act as a trusted advisor and main technical contact, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities.

5. Internal Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

🔄 Collaborate across teams to refine processes, share customer insights, and contribute to scalable sales and success resources.

Requirements

Must-have

💼 Hybrid Sales Engineering Experience: 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer) within B2B SaaS.

🗣 Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

🌐 Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer value realization, and retention drivers.

🤝 Relationship Building: Proven success fostering long-term relationships with enterprise technical stakeholders.

🔧 Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs, OAuth, and experience with Docker / Kubernetes / JavaScript.

🚀 Startup Experience: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

✈️ Flexibility: Open to travel and team onboarding sessions in NYC as needed.

Nice-to-have

🎓 Advanced Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
