About the Role

The Head of Change Management is a newly created, critical strategic leadership role within Advice Solutions reporting to the Director of Analytics, Digital and Technology. You will lead the planning, governance, and delivery of all business and technology change across distribution channels.

You will shape and deliver a structured approach to change across the entire business, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and group-wide project management standards.

You will lead a team of change professionals and hold responsibility for delivering the Strategy Roadmap within budget, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

What You Will Help Us to Achieve

As Head of Change Management, you will:

• Lead, coordinate, and deliver the overall Change Strategy in line with Business and Technology priorities.
• Oversee delivery of all projects using the Group Project Management Methodology.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Change Management team.
• Ensure the successful execution of change initiatives with a focus on customer outcomes, regulatory alignment, and benefits realisation.
• Act as the key bridge between Technology and Business stakeholders.
• Lead change governance forums, steering groups, and decision-making forums.
• Champion structured change practices and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure clarity, accountability, and transparency across all change programmes.
• Manage vendor partners and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

What you will need to be successful in the role

You will bring:

• Proven expertise in leading large-scale transformation programmes within financial services.
• Deep understanding of the Irish regulatory environment, governance frameworks, and risk considerations for operational and structural change.
• Strong experience implementing structured change methodologies with demonstrable benefits realisation.
• Experienced leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Professional project management qualification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, Agile certification).
• Strong knowledge of IT delivery, change management frameworks, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with an ability to influence at executive level.
• Strategic mindset with strong planning, organisational and decision-making capabilities.
