Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic intern to support both our IT service desk and office administration functions. This blended role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support while also developing essential administrative and office management skills.

Key Responsibilities

IT Service Desk Support

Assist with first-line technical support for internal users, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Log and track support tickets, escalating as necessary to the IT team.
Help set up new user accounts, devices, and software installations.
Support the maintenance and inventory of IT equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues under supervision.

Office Administration

Greet and manage visitors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
Arrange couriers and ensure timely dispatch of packages.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support office operations (e.g., filing, supplies ordering, photocopying).
Support the coordination of meeting rooms and office events as needed.

Requirements:

Currently studying or recently completed a degree level qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Availability to work 5 days per week in Dublin.
