8. Termination & Account Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users.
• Users can request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Dazl does not guarantee job placements or specific outcomes.
• The platform is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for data loss, outages, or inaccuracies in job listings.
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid (if any) for our services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
• Users agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal action.
