What You’ll Do

· Conduct thorough property inspections.

· Deliver clear, professional reports.

· Advise clients on structural integrity and compliance.

· Collaborate with industry professionals including solicitors and banks.

· Stay up to date with regulations and best practices.

· Maintain a pace that allows for quality, follow-up and balance.

What We Are Looking For

· Degree in Building Surveying / Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

· Registered Building Surveyor / Chartered Engineer (or working toward).

· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

· Experience in residential and commercial surveys (ideal).

· Knowledge of building pathology and compliance standards.

· Empathy and professionalism—you’re not just inspecting buildings, you’re guiding people.

· Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.

· Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
