Liaise with logistics partners and European factories to resolve delivery issues in an efficient and cost-effective way, balancing customer expectations with operational realities.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and ways of working to improve tender turnaround, inventory visibility, delivery performance, and customer experience.
Support inventory governance activities, including stock checks and full stock counts at consignment stock locations where applicable.
Work collaboratively across departments to resolve inventory, shipping, invoicing, and order-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Support wider departmental and business initiatives as required, contributing to operational excellence, commercial growth, and improved customer satisfaction.
Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required to support the development of the business and the success of the wider team.
