Where could you work:

As a graduate Architect, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways, including consulting and design.

Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments.

Your purpose:

Support senior architects and engineers in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for infrastructure or building projects.
Create and update architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
Work closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to ensure integrated and coordinated design solutions.
Participate in site inspections and surveys to gather data, monitor progress, and ensure design intent is being followed.
Assist in preparing planning applications and ensuring designs meet local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to design presentations.
Support the integration of sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into architectural projects.
Actively engage in training, mentorship, and continuous learning to develop technical skills and progress toward professional accreditation.

What you can bring:

Minimum Level 8 degree in Architecture.
A passion for working in a consultancy environment.

Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).
Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent). Being together in person helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more effectively, and accelerate your learning and development.

Training and development:

Our graduate development programme is designed to give you an insight into many areas of work, and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. It features a series of training events and modules, professional development, mentoring and on-the-job experience as well as practical skills development.

From day one, you'll work on real projects that offer scale and variety, collaborating with colleagues and creating meaningful impact on the world around us. You'll work towards your professional accreditation (where applicable) - whichever path you take, your future starts here.
