About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Qualified is Salesforce's AI-powered agentic marketing platform, home to Piper — the #1 AI SDR Agent — which autonomously engages, qualifies, and converts inbound B2B leads into pipeline at scale, 24/7.

Salesforce recently acquired Qualified, and we're now building out its EMEA go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a region for a fast-growing, recently-acquired business as it integrates into one of the world's largest enterprise software companies — combining the agility and pace of a start-up with the scale and resources of Salesforce.

We're looking for an SMB Account Executive to drive new business revenue across the UK, owning the full sales cycle within a defined territory. You'll be one of the first SMB AEs on the ground for Qualified, which means you'll have real influence over how territory strategy and sales playbooks take shape as this business establishes itself within Salesforce's broader Agentforce/Data360 ecosystem.

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building something new — someone who sees opportunity where others might see uncertainty. Being part of a brand-new team brings its own exciting mix of freedom and challenge, so alongside driving revenue growth, you'll bring curiosity, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset — partnering closely with Agentforce leadership, Data Cloud AEs, and wider cross-functional teams to help establish Qualified's place inside Salesforce's go-to-market motion.

The Experience

As an SMB Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business within a defined territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals. You'll take a consultative, solution-oriented approach, helping SMB organizations understand how Qualified's conversational marketing and pipeline generation platform can help accelerate growth. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close for SMB customers.
Conduct thoughtful discovery to understand customer challenges and position Qualified as a strategic solution.
Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the SMB segment (typically companies from 150 to 300 employees).
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound activity, inbound leads, and partner collaboration.
Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a best-in-class buying experience.
Become an expert on Qualified's platform, AI capabilities, and competitive landscape.
Develop trusted relationships with marketing, sales, and revenue leaders while guiding them through the evaluation process.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.

You're Our Person If...

1–2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience selling SaaS solutions to SMB or Mid-Market organizations is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Exposure to MarTech, SalesTech, RevTech, or AI software is a plus.
Demonstrated success prospecting and generating your own pipeline.
Strong discovery skills with the ability to understand business challenges and articulate business value.
A consultative sales approach with the desire to continuously develop your sales craft.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Coachable, competitive, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Zoom, or similar sales technologies is preferred.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, Challenger, or other sales methodologies is a plus—but not required.
