Job Overview

We’re hiring a Director of Commercial Marketing who will bring a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You’ll build and lead our end-to-end commercial marketing function, working closely with leadership, product, sales, and customer teams to drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and market expansion.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll define how we position our product, tell our story, and engage buyers across the full customer journey - from awareness and consideration through conversion, onboarding, and expansion. You’ll lead the evolution of our messaging strategy, oversee product launches, and develop high-performing content and campaigns that generate demand and accelerate revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic marketer and strong operator: someone who understands how to turn complex technology into compelling narratives, execute integrated campaigns across channels, and build scalable marketing systems in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Marketing Leadership

Lead the execution and evolution of EIDA’s commercial go-to-market strategy.
Partner closely with sales, product management, customer success, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
Build and manage the commercial marketing roadmap, focused on pipeline generation, product adoption, customer engagement, and market expansion.
Translate company goals into actionable, measurable marketing plans with clear performance metrics.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute campaigns, creative initiatives, and digital programs effectively.
Drive alignment between brand, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement efforts.

Product Marketing, Messaging & Launch Management

Deliver EIDA’s product positioning, value proposition, and messaging architecture across all customer segments.
Develop differentiated, customer-centric messaging that clearly communicates business value and outcomes.
Build and manage full-funnel messaging strategies tailored to different personas, industries, buying stages, and customer lifecycle moments.
Lead product launch planning and execution, including launch strategy, campaign coordination, internal enablement, customer communications, and post-launch performance analysis.
Partner with product and commercial teams to bring new features, capabilities, and releases to market successfully.
Ensure messaging consistency across website, campaigns, content, sales materials, events, and customer communications.

Content Strategy, Creation & Promotion

Lead and execute the content strategy across brand awareness, demand generation, customer education, and sales enablement.
Develop high-impact, multi-format content that drives engagement, lead generation, and brand authority.
Manage multi-channel content distribution across digital, social, email, partner, paid, and event channels.
Collaborate with customers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to create compelling stories and sales assets.
Continuously optimise messaging and content performance through data-driven insights and analytics.

Website, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

Lead the evolution of the company website, optimising UX, messaging, SEO, and conversion performance to drive demand generation and product education.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, social, email, and partner channels.
Build audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automated nurture programs that drive lead generation and conversion.
Set and optimise channel performance targets to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.

Budget & Performance Management

Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all programs and initiatives.
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and marketing contribution to revenue.
Use data and insights to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and scale successful initiatives.
Regularly report performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

6-10+ years’ strategic B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, software, or technology-led environments.
Proven track record in commercial marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and full-funnel growth strategies.
Experience leading product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
Exceptional content strategist and communicator, able to translate complex technology into compelling messaging.
Strong expertise across content marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and lead nurturing.
Demonstrated ability to align sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams around growth objectives.
Data-driven, commercially focused, and experienced in optimising performance, budgets, and marketing ROI.
Hands-on, adaptable, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
