This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex localization projects for enterprise clients in a fully remote setting. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple service types, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, you will act as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage, making autonomous decisions to maintain project momentum. This position provides a high degree of ownership, allowing you to drive impactful solutions while collaborating with linguists, clients, and internal teams. Accountabilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery for enterprise localization projects across multiple service types, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and linguists, providing guidance, support, and proactive issue resolution.
Independently manage projects during weekend coverage, ensuring continuity and smooth execution in your time zone.
Anticipate challenges and make timely decisions to unblock projects and maintain momentum.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement best practices in project management.
Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and status.

Requirements:

Availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule.
5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
Strong self-motivation and outcome-oriented mindset with proven ownership and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information and convey it clearly.
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple competing demands.
Proficiency in localization processes, internationalization, and relevant technologies.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fluid work environment.
