This role sits at the heart of global entity operations, helping ensure international business infrastructure remains compliant, accurate, and ready to scale.
You will manage day-to-day corporate maintenance, compliance obligations, entity documentation, and operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
The position combines cross-border coordination, project management, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-moving global environment.
You will contribute to international expansion initiatives, including entity setup and the development of local operating infrastructure.
Working closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and external partners, you will connect stakeholders, information, and deadlines.

Accountabilities:

Manage day-to-day operations and corporate maintenance activities for global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
Track and coordinate corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and corporate governance requirements.
Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and the operating infrastructure required to employ compliantly across global markets.
Source, select, and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure providers.
Support project management for expansion initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic company projects.
Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and other internal teams on entity-related matters.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for entity operations, coordinating stakeholders, documentation, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records, documents, and entity data to ensure strong organization and audit readiness.
Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing and coordinating required documentation.
Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks within entity management systems and processes, and develop practical solutions.
Help establish scalable processes and improve the consistency and efficiency of global entity operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or another relevant field.
2+ years of professional experience, ideally in international operations, project management, entity setup or maintenance, legal operations, or compliance management.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive and flexible approach to managing varied topics, priorities, and operational challenges.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate risks and identify practical solutions.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Experience with entity management, legal or paralegal work, or project coordination is an advantage.
Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations, is a plus.
Understanding of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in an international context is desirable.
Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed environment is beneficial.
