Mindset & approach

Open to better ways: We're looking for someone who genuinely believes that the way we do things in the future shouldn't be dictated by the way we've done them in the past. That means approaching process, tooling, and ways of working with curiosity rather than habit — willing to challenge inherited assumptions, try new approaches, and help the teams around them do the same.

A track record of using modern tools — including AI: You'll have a demonstrable history of reaching for the latest tools and techniques to improve efficiency and quality in your work. In particular, we're looking for someone who is actively exploring and applying AI tools in their day-to-day practice — whether that's in how they write and refine stories, manage documentation, analyse delivery data, or run team ceremonies — and who can help bring their teams along on that journey.
