We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Career Coach to join our Employer Services Team, supporting highly qualified clients seeking professional, managerial and senior-level opportunities.

Working remotely, you'll provide tailored coaching and guidance to help clients overcome barriers, strengthen their job search approach and progress into sustainable employment. Working closely with Employment Advisors, you'll support clients with CV development, interview preparation, career planning and navigating professional recruitment processes.

A key part of the role is understanding employer recruitment practices and labour market trends. Using this expertise, you'll provide practical career advice while building relationships with employers and recruiters to create opportunities for clients and support informed career decisions.

We're seeking a confident and proactive professional with experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition or a similar field. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong coaching, relationship building and influencing skills, combined with the ability to manage a varied workload in a target driven environment.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping people achieve their career ambitions and committed to supporting individuals into sustainable employment.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of €40,000 to €50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialist guidance and support to Employment Advisors and clients seeking professional, managerial and senior-level employment opportunities.
Work remotely with clients to refine job search strategies, overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable career outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with clients, helping them navigate recruitment processes and progress towards their career goals.
Work flexibly to meet the needs of the role, including occasional travel where required.
Take ownership of your professional development and participate in training and development activities.
Ensure all personal and sensitive information is handled in line with data protection requirements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, quality assurance, health and safety, and IT security.
Contribute positively as an employee owner, supporting colleagues, clients and organisational objectives.
Undertake any other reasonable duties associated with the role.

Skills and Experience

Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, executive search or a related role.
Experience supporting long-term unemployed jobseekers would be advantageous.
Understanding of barriers to employment, including mental health and motivation challenges.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment.
Positive, enthusiastic and solution-focused approach with a strong "can-do" attitude.
Genuine commitment to helping people achieve sustainable employment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Confident self-starter with excellent questioning, listening and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of the labour market and current recruitment practices.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven and focused on delivering results.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Flexible, adaptable and proactive in your approach.
Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to think creatively.
