Maintain and optimise CRM workflows using platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, accurate deal stages and effective lead routing.
Support sales onboarding by coordinating training schedules, compiling enablement resources and tracking ramp-up timelines.
Facilitate weekly and monthly sales meetings, coordinate agendas, document decisions and follow up on agreed actions.
Identify process inefficiencies and support the development of clear, consistent and repeatable standard operating procedures.

Reporting, Data and Analytics

Build, maintain and automate recurring sales-performance dashboards and operational tracking reports.
Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, including pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios, quota attainment, average deal size and sales-cycle duration.
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to support forecasting accuracy and identify risks across sales stages.
Produce ad hoc analytical reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making, forecasting and territory planning.
Conduct regular data audits to remove duplicate records, correct missing or inaccurate entries and maintain effective database hygiene.
Translate complex data into concise visual reports, summaries and recommendations for frontline sales teams and leadership.

2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a closely related coordination role.
Demonstrated experience managing projects or operational processes involving multiple departments and competing priorities.

Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
