What the day will look like

In this wide and varied role your responsibilities will include:

Own and strengthen client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth.
Deliver high‑quality service throughout renewals and day‑to‑day enquiries.
Ensure compliance, accurate documentation and strong operational discipline.
Take ownership of issues and work collaboratively across Aon to resolve them.
Support credit control and help manage account/payment queries.
Build your Aon network and knowledge to spot value‑adding opportunities.
Role‑model a “one team” mindset and develop your own technical and soft skills.
