1. Workshop & Subcontractor Management

Optimise performance across the 70% in-house serviced fleet while managing vendor relationships, quality standards, and compliance for the 30% outsourced maintenance model.

Strategic Fleet Growth & Market Intelligence

Execute NVD’s strategic growth plan to expand the fleet from 135 to 200 car transporters by evaluating ongoing fleet performance, identifying operational shortcomings, and adjusting strategy to align with corporate objectives.

Translate Senior Management Team (SMT) business goals into actionable, executable operational plans for both the Baldonnell and Birtley workshops.

3. Stakeholder Communication & SMT Alignment

Prepare data-backed business cases and technical justifications for fleet selection, capital expenditure (CapEx), and equipment updates for presentation to the SMT.

Serve as a two-way communication bridge—translating high-level company goals down to garage floor mechanics while escalating operational feedback and data to the Head of Logistics & Fleet.
