About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Wholesale Footprint Manager to join our Wholesale team. This role is central to managing and coordinating bid responses, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Pre-Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Technical teams. You will take a lead role in ensuring proactive preparation and execution throughout the bidding process, from initial bid discussions to final submission.

The successful candidate will drive the coordination of all Wholesale tasks, ensuring bid readiness and facilitating a structured, project-like approach to each opportunity. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving cost savings initiatives and creating business cases for Wholesale negotiations to secure wins in highly competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Bid Coordination & Proactive Preparation:

Conduct a thorough gap analysis of the Wholesale solution to match customer requirements.
Champion the Wholesale perspective in cross-functional bid forums, providing insights and capturing actionable Wholesale requirements in alignment with the Sales, Pre-Sales, Commercial, and Technical teams.
Drive the proactive preparation for bids, ensuring that all tasks are aligned and prepared well ahead of deadlines.

Managing MNO Footprint:

Oversee and manage the existing and strategic MNO footprint, ensuring it is in line with bid requirements and can be leveraged effectively during the proposal process.
Manage MNO footprint in the company CRM tool.

Requirements Documentation:

Capture customer requirements from a Wholesale-specific commercial and technical perspective, ensuring that all Wholesale prerequisites are clearly documented and addressed in the bid.

Gap Analysis and Tracking:

Identify, document, and track commercial and technical gaps at the Wholesale level.
Ensure these gaps are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining clear visibility and accountability through the process.

JIRA Ticket Management:

Create and manage JIRA tickets for identified gaps, ensuring clear tracking, ownership, and timely resolution across cross-functional teams.

Wholesale Deals Pipeline Management:

Accurately capture and manage Wholesale deals identified through gap analysis, ensuring these opportunities are tracked within the Wholesale Deals pipeline and are linked appropriately to JIRA tickets.

OEM Footprint Management:

Maintain accurate records of OEM footprints associated with Sales opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring that all data is updated and available for use by Sales teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Wholesale Directors, Data Manager and Technical Managers to ensure effective response and alignment on both commercial and technical bid requirements.

Bid Progress & Continuous Improvement:

Facilitate regular bid meetings with Wholesale stakeholders to track bid progress, flag risks impacting timelines, and ensure the timely submission of RFx documents.
Maintain visibility of RFx statuses (planned, ongoing, submitted) and communicate lessons learned for continuous improvement in future bids.

Drive Cost Savings & Business Cases:

Lead efforts in driving the cost savings pipeline and the creation of business cases for Wholesale negotiations, supporting the overall strategy to secure bid wins.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in bid coordination and project management within the telecommunications or wholesale industry.
Strong interface experience with Sales, Pre-Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Technical teams to drive proactive bid preparation and execution.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Strong understanding of ticket management and experience in managing project progress in a structured, project-like approach.
Familiarity with OEM and MNO footprints and the ability to track and manage them in systems like HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, document requirements, and drive team alignment effectively.
Proficient in gap analysis, ensuring visibility and resolution of issues across all technical and commercial aspects of the bid process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Wholesale and MNO environments, with a strong grasp of telecom networks and services.
Familiarity with cost savings strategies and business case creation in the context of bid management and negotiations.
Understanding of roaming and M2M connectivity solutions is a plus.
