Production Operative

Location: Gort, Co. Galway
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent, On-Site

Shift Pattern: 3-Week Rotating Shift Cycle (No Weekend Work)

This role operates on a fixed 3-week rotating shift pattern:

Week 1: 3 × 12.5-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:30pm)
Week 2: 4 × 12.5-hour night shifts (6:00pm - 6:30am)
Week 3: 2 × 12.5-hour day shifts (6:00am - 6:30pm)

One of the unique benefits of this roster is that, following the Week 3 shifts, employees have an extended period away from work before returning to Week 1 of the rotation. This means the schedule naturally provides a full week off between rotations, while still maintaining full-time employment and earnings.
