About the assignment

To fuel our growth, we are looking for entrepreneurial, purpose-driven experts who share our vision of making mental well-being direct, approachable, and impactful.

At OpenUp, we focus on prevention. We don’t diagnose; we provide guidance for life’s everyday challenges - whether it’s work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, or finding direction in uncertain times.

We offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week, ensuring people can access support when they need it most - no long waits, no barriers. In each session (usually 25 minutes), you’ll help clients set clear, actionable goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps.

Our mission is to help people build skills and autonomy, so they feel confident to continue their journey independently. Many clients find they gain what they need in just a few focused conversations - thanks to your structured, goal-oriented support.

You’ll engage with a wide variety of people, from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries, and you’ll have opportunities to grow through weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development. We work together to make mental well-being accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.
