Requirements:

- This role will report to the Head of Product and have responsibility for the below:

- Own the product backlog for your pod, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business stakeholders.

- Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised roadmaps.

- Drive delivery of features that enhance customer experience, optimise margins, and unlock new growth opportunities.

- Partner cross-functionally (tech, operations, marketing, finance, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution and measurable impact.

- Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve product performance.

Essential Competencies/ skills :

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a tech, e-commerce, or digital product environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to balance user experience, business goals, and technical constraints.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs.
