This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming and dedicated to providing outstanding support to the German-speaking player community. You will be the primary point of contact for players, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an excellent gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality player support in German through various communication channels, including email and chat.
Assist players with account management, technical issues, and game-related questions.
Resolve player concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Document player interactions accurately to aid continuous improvement of support services.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and help enhance the gaming experience.
Stay informed about Riot Games' titles and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Fluency in German (oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer or player support roles is advantageous.
Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
