This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, filmmaking, and cutting-edge generative AI. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, narrative-driven cinematic videos using advanced AI-first production pipelines. Working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, you will transform concepts and scripts into visually compelling longform content. The role requires both strong creative instincts and deep technical fluency with modern AI video tools and workflows. You will own the end-to-end production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery. Collaboration with creative leadership will guide direction, but you will have significant autonomy in execution. Accountabilities:

Own the full AI video production pipeline, from concept and scripting to final cinematic output, ensuring narrative consistency and visual quality across all deliverables
Develop and produce longform, narrative-driven video content using AI tools, including stylized and adult/NSFW visual storytelling when required by production needs
Build, maintain, and optimize ComfyUI-based node workflows for image and video generation, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and creative flexibility
Work extensively with generative AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, and emerging models) to create high-quality visual sequences and character-driven narratives
Ensure strong character consistency, scene continuity, pacing, and cinematic coherence across AI-generated content
Apply motion design, compositing, color correction, and post-production techniques to deliver polished final outputs
Continuously experiment with new AI models and workflows, improving production speed, quality, and creative output while sharing knowledge across the team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, motion design, or digital content creation, with a strong portfolio that includes AI-generated or AI-assisted video work. You should have deep, hands-on experience with ComfyUI and node-based workflow design, as well as strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), including prompting, LoRA usage, inpainting, and upscaling. Experience with modern AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar platforms) is essential. You should also be comfortable using traditional editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects for final production.

Strong storytelling ability is critical, including cinematic pacing, composition, and narrative structure. You should understand how to maintain visual and character consistency across sequences generated by AI systems. Experience with performance optimization, batch generation, and post-processing workflows is highly valuable. Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with a highly autonomous, experimental, and iterative working style. Comfort working with uncensored or adult-oriented (NSFW) AI content is required for this role.
