About Nutritics💥
Nutritics is redefining how hospitality and foodservice businesses operate. We give organisations complete clarity and control over their food, menus, supply chains, and environmental impact. Trusted by 500+ customers worldwide, from contract caterers and restaurant groups to healthcare and education providers, we are the platform of choice for businesses that take food data seriously.

Main Responsibilities💻
You will:

Negotiate contract renewals directly with customers, handling pricing discussions, upsell offers, and any necessary escalations.
Leverage pricing discretion to apply price increases where possible and drive additional revenue growth.
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams.
Forecast and track renewal performance, ensuring transparency in renewal revenue, churn risks, and growth opportunities.
Optimise the renewals playbook, refining outreach strategies, negotiation tactics, and pricing models.
Work closely with the finance function to understand current processes and drive the business forward by updating and optimising those processes in collaboration with the finance and commercial teams.
