You're already the person families trust with their kids. Now get paid like it.

Wellthy connects reliable caregivers with families who need last-minute childcare — school closures, holidays, unexpected work trips. You tell us your preferences (schedule, age of kids), we handle the rest.

What's in it for you:

100% Schedule Control: Work twice a week or twice a month. As an independent care provider, you only accept the gigs that fit around your personal life, other opportunities, or commitments.
Choose Your Track: Only want to work with toddlers, love babies? Great. Prefer hanging with older kids? Done. You only take opportunities you are comfortable with.
Hassle-Free Pay: No awkward money conversations or waiting on Venmo. Get paid competitively and directly to your bank account. Earnings range from £15.00–£30.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and family needs

What You’ll Do (Choose Your Preferred Opportunity):

Child Care:

Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).

What we need from you:

Experience: Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
Trust & Safety: To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, all independent care providers must complete our comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards. (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!)
Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.
