A vacancy for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse has opened with a private family in Doha, to anchor the personal nursing appointment.

The right person is attentive, discreet and entirely dependable, given how closely newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery touches family life.

Summers on the Côte d'Azur or at sea form part of the year, with particular attention to keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones.

You contract with the family, with no third-party employer; Medical Staff Talent simply introduces and verifies.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted UK or European registration as a maternity nurse is required, ready to lead on newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery.

The minimum is 5+ years of post-registration practice, with proven reliability in roles that ran for years.

This family considers only clinicians qualified at a UK or European institution, and it applies equally to every candidate we meet.

Fluency in English is expected without exception, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement before starting.

We review your degree, registration and references before introducing you, and we report anything unclear to you first.

Benefits

The package is tax-free, from €5,000 a month.

The family supplies suitable lodging within its residence in Doha.

The family sets aside proper paid holiday for you, in addition to flights to see your own family.

What is offered here is confirmed in writing by the family, exactly as the family intends.

Engagement essentials

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
