Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including questioning, objection handling and engaged promotion.
Experience in leading and defining the direction of digital marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and ability to manage digital advertising campaigns.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context and overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build engaging narratives and utilise storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
