Experience leading, coaching and motivating colleagues to improve individual and team performance, including when working largely on your own.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance data and drive KPIs.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, and the ability to simplify complex reporting.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, with a strong understanding of product planning.
