Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Service representatives to support Booking.com, with an exciting opportunity for fully paid relocation to Greece. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Booking.com customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Dutch/Flemish.
Provide accurate information about Booking.com's services, bookings, and policies.
Manage customer complaints professionally and offer effective solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Adapt to new processes and technologies to optimize customer support.

Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
