We are in search of a Senior Operations Manager - Ireland to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, we're seeking to help bridge our central operations team with our local Irish team. The ideal candidate is an operational expert with experience in service-oriented industries (e.g., delivery, shared mobility, or similar) who excels at managing processes and reporting. This is a field-oriented role requiring someone adaptable and ready to roll up their sleeves to ensure smooth operations.

What will be your responsibilities

Manage the operational teams and processes, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
Provide detailed reporting and act as the liaison between the local and central teams;
Handle operational tasks that require hands-on involvement and attention to detail;
Be willing to go to the field regularly to report and solve on-the-ground challenges;
Coordinate and support local teams to ensure consistent service delivery;
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes in the field;
Ensure that all operational metrics and goals are met, reporting progress regularly.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within service-focused industries like delivery, mobility, or logistics;
Strong understanding of post-sales service operations and workflow optimization;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and liaise effectively between local and global teams;
Proficiency in English;
Proven ability to manage teams and processes, with hands-on involvement when needed;
Adaptable and proactive, willing to engage in fieldwork as required;
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and improving operational KPIs.

Extra valued skills

Knowledge of smart locker systems or logistics technology;
Understanding of local logistics and post-sales service processes;
Experience in scaling operational processes in a growing company.
