Established in 1991, Verve is headquartered in Dublin with offices in London and Amsterdam, and as part of The Opus Group, we have partners throughout Europe and across the globe. The Role

A leader of client relationships, passionate about developing and delivering for their brands.
Identifying opportunities within the industry and growing your portfolio of clients
Take client briefs and translate them into actionable plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand, objectives, and desired outcomes. Use your experience to anticipate client needs, offer fresh ideas and add value throughout the campaign
Develop proposals that clearly communicate creative, strategic, and innovative ideas. Bring vision to life with confidence and passion, showing the ability to think outside the box and inspire both clients and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and manage all aspect of a campaign from sourcing props and venues to booking and briefing staff
Oversee all aspects of campaigns,and ability to multi-task. Balancing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and brand standards.
Excellent writing and presentation skills for pitches, presentations and feedback reporting
A flair for numbers. Effective management of projects to ensure margin and revenue opportunities are maximized and that clients get value for money.

The Person

Ideally you will have four to five years’ experience delivering client impressive service within an agency environment and on joining our passionate team you will take ownership of and assist on a number of accounts. You will be given every opportunity to grow and develop your career within an Agency which dreams big.

You will take the reins on amazing portfolio accounts, have full ownership of a number of major FMCG and consumer facing brands

Passion and drive for the Experiential industry
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience of running Roadshows, events and stunts
A team player with a passion for motivating and inspiring
Good understanding of marketing mix
High standards, an eye for executional detail and ability to work under pressure
Leader of client relationships and brand guardian to accounts
Excellent project management experience with proven success in managing and growing accounts
Ability to take initiative and make decisions
