In Ireland, we operate through our distributor and are continuing to build the presence of Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells through strong retail partnerships, consumer activations, and social-first marketing.

To support this growth, we are looking for two part-time Content Creators who instinctively understand TikTok and Instagram, know what resonates locally, and enjoy creating authentic, platform-native content. You will help bring our brands to life through on-the-ground content creation, local community building, and engaging social storytelling.

About the role

As Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating content for Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells in Ireland - primarily across Instagram and TikTok.

You will turn creator collaborations, launches, trends, and community activity into engaging, platform-native content that helps our brands become part of the conversation on TikTok and Instagram. From filming and editing to concept development and publishing-ready delivery, you will be involved throughout the content creation process.

This is not a desk-based content role. You will be out at events, launches, creator collaborations, and community activities, capturing content where things happen and building relationships within the local fitness and lifestyle community.

This role is based in Dublin and reports to our Social Media Marketing Manager for Distributor markets (based at HQ in Stockholm). You will work closely with our local distributor, Orion Brand Partners, HQ Social Team and our Marketing Team in the UK.

This is a part-time role, and we are open to shaping the engagement in a way that works well for both the right person and our local operating model.

In this role you will work with:

Content creation

Film, edit, and produce content across Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells
Turn launches, partnerships, campaigns, and community moments into engaging social content.
Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and audiences
Support the development of content concepts and creative ideas
Develop platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social formats

Trends and platform relevance

Identify trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to our brands
Create reactive and trend-driven content
Continuously test new formats, hooks, storytelling techniques, and editing styles
Stay up to date with platform developments and audience behaviour

Planning and production

Support content planning across brands and channels
Coordinate content shoots, production activities, and creator collaborations
Work closely with creators, ambassadors, and internal stakeholders
Help maintain a consistent creative quality across all brands

Social marketing

Contribute ideas and creative input to content planning and campaigns
Use performance insights and learnings to continuously improve content output
Grow a network of local content creators and friends of the brand

You have a strong instinct for what works across TikTok and Instagram and stay on top of trends, creators, and platform developments. You are comfortable taking an idea from concept to finished content and know when to move quickly to capture the moment. You use performance and learnings to continuously improve your content.

Rather than waiting for content opportunities, you seek them out—whether at events, creator collaborations, product launches, or within local communities.

To succeed in this role, you likely have

A portfolio showcasing content you have created for brands, creators, or your own TikTok, Instagram, or other social media channels
Confidence filming, editing, and producing short-form social content
A strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behaviour
A creative mindset combined with a hands-on approach
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Fluency in English
