As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data, dashboards, and internal tools across various projects and platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights and support decision-making through efficient data handling and custom analytics solutions.

Job Overview

On a given day, your work might include:

Supporting fraud screening processes and managing tickets related to analytics tools.
Creating and maintaining SQL queries for database research and quality analysis.
Developing and deploying internal tools and APIs.
Performing ad-hoc data analysis, including cleaning, modeling, and validation.
Maintaining and updating dashboards for ongoing projects.
Writing technical documentation and use-case analysis for internal tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on software onboarding and platform assessments.
UI Testing and analysis.

Candidates must:

Be eligible to work in Ireland.
Have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be available to work full-time in a hybrid modality in Cork, Ireland.

An ideal Data Analytics Specialist would be:

Detail-oriented and skilled in identifying patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
Experienced with tools like SQL, Python, R, and JSON.
Skilled in RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, shell scripting, Splunk, Git and Tableau.
Capable of working independently and in cross-functional teams.
Analytical, curious, and eager to explore new technologies.
Able to write clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Passionate about improving workflows and automation in a data-driven environment.

Familiar with iOS and macOS

It would be great if you had:

Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
Familiarity with internal tool management and user onboarding/offboarding.
Knowledge of software testing, UI analysis, and platform integration.
A university degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

More information:

Specified Purpose Contract with possibility of extension (with 6-month probation period).
Hybrid and full-time position in Cork, Ireland.
Day shift from Monday to Friday.
