Sales Manager

Location: EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, Dublin

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum, the Jeanie Johnston, and the Irish Family History Centre. You’ll grow our market share, visitor numbers, and revenue by building strong industry relationships, opening new opportunities, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.

What you’ll do:

Drive growth in bookings from domestic and international tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients
Build and manage key relationships with targeted account plans and regular engagement
Seek out and convert new opportunities across leisure, events, and group markets
Lead negotiations and contracts for group tours, FITs, and partnership agreements
Represent EPIC at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation trips in Ireland and overseas
Partner with marketing to deliver campaigns that support sales goals
Monitor KPIs, track results, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the market

What you bring:

Proven sales success in tourism, hospitality, or cultural attractions
Strong understanding of inbound tourism and travel trade
Skilled in negotiation, contracting, and building long-term client relationships
Commercially minded with a track record of hitting targets
Confident communicator with excellent people skills
Flexible to travel and represent EPIC at events at home and abroad
