As a valued member of our customer service team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional and courteous communication.
Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
Adapt to company tools and technologies to deliver effective service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate effectively with team members.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
Self-motivated, proactive attitude, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment.
