At Gong, you will join a company built on innovative products, ambitious goals, and passionate people. We are shaping the future of revenue intelligence and we want people who are excited to build what comes next. You will work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.

As an SDR here, you'll become one of the sharpest outbounders in EMEA, running researched, multi-threaded outreach into the accounts that matter most and selling technology that's transforming how GTM teams sell. This is a role for people focused on growth. You'll get real coaching, a clear path to progress, and serious earning potential inside a fast-accelerating AI business. An SDR role at Gong is the ultimate launchpad for a career in sales.

We're an AI company, and we want people who think like one. The SDRs who win here are genuinely curious about AI and have already put it to work in their prospecting — using it to research faster, personalise deeper, and find an edge others haven't.

What you'll do

Run researched, multi-threaded outbound into named target accounts through calls, email, and social
Manage a book of accounts alongside an Account Executive and set the strategy for how you work them
Use AI to research faster, personalise more deeply, and scale your outreach
Generate qualified pipeline and book discovery calls for your Account Executives
Become a power user of Gong's platform and turn that insight into a prospecting edge
Drive a high volume of quality activity that converts into pipeline and revenue
Sharpen the playbook — your feedback shapes how EMEA SDR runs

What we're looking for

You know how to break into a named account — researched, multi-threaded outbound is how you work
You're genuinely curious about AI and already prospect with it, always testing tools and tactics to find an edge others miss
You're a sharp communicator in writing and on calls, and you think in accounts, not individual contacts
You're resilient by instinct — a no makes you sharper, not slower
You're ambitious about a career in sales and you want to be coached toward it
You take feedback well and move on it fast
