Accountabilities:

Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes for effective development.
Lead end-to-end product development cycles using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software features.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation, enhancements, and differentiation.
Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and product performance data to continuously improve user experience and engagement.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches.
Monitor product metrics and usage trends to drive ongoing optimization and long-term product success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is considered an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling software products successfully.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
Experience in user research, data analysis, and leveraging insights to guide product decisions and prioritization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining product quality and focus.
