We’re looking for people who bring energy to the floor, read the room effortlessly, and know when to step in and when to let a moment breathe.

Who we’re looking for

Across our kitchen team, we’re building a crew that moves with precision, energy, and pride:

👨‍🍳 Sous Chef: The right hand, keeps the kitchen tight, supports the team, and drives service
🔥 Chef de Partie: Owns their section, delivers consistency, and keeps standards high
🥄 Commis Chef: Eager to learn, quick on their feet, and ready to grow
🧼 Kitchen Porter: The backbone, keeps everything clean, organised, and service-ready

Casting Days: June / early July in Dublin.
