Support complex troubleshooting activities and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and regions.
Manage specialist vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful system commissioning.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering best practices, and company-wide technical standards.
Mentor and support graduate and junior engineers, helping to develop future engineering talent.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in MV electrical design and power system engineering.
Proven experience delivering MV packages on large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre, or mission-critical projects.
Proficiency in ETAP, PSCAD, DIgSILENT, CDEGS, or equivalent power system analysis software.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead technical design reviews and provide engineering guidance across multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
