Lead the consolidation of three technology stacks into one target architecture
Own the AI technical roadmap and model risk management approach
Design and embed modern, agile engineering, DevOps and AI-enabled delivery practices through a team of senior technology leaders
Own platform reliability, information security, resilience and certifications (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2)
Represent Corlytics technology in major commercial opportunities, customer relationships and industry activities internationally.
Manage the technology budget and report to the CEO and Board

What you’ll bring:

12+ years in software engineering and technology leadership, including 5+ years as CTO, VP Engineering or equivalent in B2B SaaS
Experience scaling engineering through growth (around €15m toward €50m ARR)
Hands-on leadership of a stack consolidation or platform migration
Experience leading AI, ML or NLP products in production
Strong grounding in security, resilience and regulated-buyer requirements
Commercial mindset, sound judgement and the ability to lead people through change
