Gong is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to scale our paid social programs across LinkedIn and Meta. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll report to the Director of Digital Growth and collaborate with the paid social lead to drive full-funnel performance—generating pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and uncovering new growth opportunities across priority business segments.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a deep understanding of paid social execution, ABM targeting, and performance optimization.

This role is based from our Dublin office and requires being on-site 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, focused on pipeline generation and conversion velocity.
Analyze performance across the funnel—tracking ROAS, pipeline contribution, and sales-stage conversion trends to inform spend and strategy.
Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision.
Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion).
Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
Identify and operationalize test-and-learn opportunities; contribute insights to campaign recaps and readouts.
Stay current on platform innovations and emerging trends to fuel scalable, high-performing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid social execution and optimization.
Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools like Demandbase and 6sense.
Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
