Greenhouse is looking for a full sales-cycle Growth Account Executive to join our growing EMEA Sales team.

As a full-cycle AE, you'll own the entire sales process from initial outreach to booking revenue, driving new business acquisition across a dedicated portfolio of growth-stage accounts. You'll balance qualifying inbound leads with maximizing self-sourced outbound opportunities, managing your pipeline with ruthless prioritization and strong time management to hit your goals.

What you’ll do

Own a full-cycle sales process, from initial outreach to booking revenue, across a dedicated portfolio of growth-stage/SMB accounts across Europe
Balance qualifying inbound leads with proactively self-sourcing outbound opportunities to build your own pipeline
Manage your pipeline with disciplined prioritization, using reverse-funnel metrics to understand what it takes to hit your goals
Apply a value-based sales methodology to uncover business pain and differentiate Greenhouse in a competitive market
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers through regular digital engagement and, where appropriate, face-to-face meetings
Maintain strong CRM hygiene and deliver clear, concise sales forecasts on a weekly/quarterly basis
Introduce Greenhouse's broader platform, including AI-powered capabilities like Voice AI, where it's the right fit for the customer
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and other teams to optimize your sales funnel
Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

You should have

1–3 years of direct sales experience closing technology solutions with a proven track record of meeting quota
A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota
Fluent English
French, German or Dutch language skills, a plus
Exposure to a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling), a plus
Your own unique talents!
