In this role, you will act as a key link between sales, product, and engineering teams, translating complex technical capabilities into real-world customer solutions. Accountabilities:

Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery discussions with prospective customers
Design and deliver tailored solutions, including technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with accuracy and strategic insight
Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
Support seamless onboarding by working closely with customer success teams post-sale
Contribute to internal documentation, technical playbooks, and demo environments
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and target market needs
Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings when required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, GIS, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting roles, ideally within geospatial or Earth observation domains
Hands-on experience with geospatial data, remote sensing technologies, and related tools
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working with AI/ML applications in geospatial or data analytics contexts is a plus
Strong customer-facing skills with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across cross-functional teams
