The Role

OpenSky Data Systems is seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to support our People & Culture function and the day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Head of People & Transformation, this role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR administration and people processes across the organisation.

As we grow, we are investing in our People & Culture function — and this role sits right at the heart of that. You will work closely with the Head of People & Transformation, gaining hands-on exposure to the full breadth of HR practice in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

If you are someone who embraces new technology, is curious about how AI and digital tools can improve the way HR teams work, and wants to be part of shaping how a scaling tech company looks after its people — this role is for you.

We are not looking for someone to just maintain the status quo. We want a self-starter who will bring fresh thinking, explore smarter ways of working, and grow with the function.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR administration or related role, with a working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
