Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

Ireland is one of our most exciting markets, and we're looking for a Finance Manager (Reporting into the UK&I Commercial Finance Lead) to help shape what comes next. You'll be the financial partner to our Ireland team, working closely with the Country Manager and leadership team to steer one of our fastest growing markets.

You’ll own the key financial planning, reporting and performance analysis for our Ireland business, turning the numbers into clear insights that help the team make better decisions.'

If you enjoy combining commercial thinking with financial rigour, and like being close to the action rather than watching from the sidelines, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll be...

• Partnering with the Ireland Country Manager and wider Ireland team to support decision-making and drive business performance
• Owning the Ireland profit and loss account (P&L), helping the business balance growth, profitability and investment
• Leading monthly reporting and performance reviews, turning numbers into clear and useful insights
• Managing budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping teams plan with confidence
• Identifying opportunities and risks throughout the year and supporting the leadership team to make informed trade-offs
• Maintaining strong financial controls, including accruals, prepayments and trade investment management
• Championing cost efficiency across areas such as overheads, logistics and waste

You'll have...

• Experience building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight
• Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to assess different scenarios to find the best outcome for both the business and our customers
• A solid understanding of financial controls, compliance and month-end accounting processes such as accruals and prepayments
• Confidence presenting financial performance and recommendations to colleagues from non-finance backgrounds
• The ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear actions
• A willingness to spend time with the Ireland team in Dublin, typically at least once a month

You'll get...

• End-to-end ownership of the Ireland P&L, from revenue through to profit
• A seat at the table with the Ireland leadership team, helping influence key business decisions
• The opportunity to deepen your commercial finance skills in a fast-moving consumer goods business
• Close partnership with colleagues across sales, customer operations, marketing and supply chain
• Exposure to the opportunities and challenges that come with growing a successful business in a competitive market
• The chance to make a visible impact on the performance and future direction of innocent in Ireland

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
