In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts with a focus on maximizing client value and satisfaction. Your efforts will drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across major clients. By building long-term trusted relationships, you will identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to enhance client loyalty and success.

Accountabilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase the value of existing solutions.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business objectives.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, support, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
Understanding of Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain topics.
Significant experience in sales management.
Knowledge and application of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and WHY.
Experience with quarterly sales targets.
