The Company

At AccountsIQ, part of the AIQ Group, we’re on a mission to deeply understand our customers and deliver technology that enriches their lives. Alongside ExpenseIn, a leading expense management platform within the group, we provide smart, feature-rich financial management software designed for ambitious businesses that have outgrown basic starter systems or seek a simpler, more affordable alternative to complex, costly ERP solutions.

Our cloud-based accounting software transforms the finance function, making it easier for multi-entity businesses to capture, process, and report their financial data with ease and efficiency.

The Role

We’re always interested in connecting with talented individuals who are excited about what we’re building - even if there isn’t a current vacancy that matches your experience.

This is an opportunity to join our talent pool for future roles across the business. By applying, you’ll be considered for upcoming positions as we continue to grow our teams across areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance and Customer Support.

Depending on the role and team, positions are typically based in either our London or Dublin offices, operating on a hybrid working model (typically 2 days in-office, depending on the team).

We’re looking for people who are ambitious, proactive and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You’ll be someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and is motivated to develop your skills and career over time.

What you'll be doing

While responsibilities will vary depending on the role, successful candidates in our teams typically:

Contribute to team and company goals by delivering high-quality work in their area of expertise
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, or internal stakeholders
Develop a strong understanding of AccountsIQ’s products, customers, and market
Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment

What you'll need

Relevant experience or interest in one of our core areas (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance)
A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Curiosity about how you can add value and make an impact

What's the hiring process?

We periodically review applications for this role - if your application is of particular interest, we may ask you to complete a one-way video interview (using Hireflix) so we can learn more about your motivations for joining the AIQ Group.

If a suitable opportunity arises, our team will be in touch to guide you through a tailored interview process relevant to the role.

This will typically include:

An initial call with our People team to discuss your application
An interview with the hiring manager
A final stage interview, which may include a task or exercise depending on the role

We’d also encourage you to keep an eye on our careers page for live vacancies that match your experience.
