Accountabilities:

Act as a trusted proxy for the CEO in meetings and strategic discussions, supporting decision-making and representing leadership when needed
Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation through delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
Prepare and refine board materials, investor updates, and internal reports, ensuring accuracy and strategic clarity
Drive organizational accountability by tracking progress, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring key initiatives stay on course
Translate complex or ambiguous challenges into structured frameworks, actionable plans, and decision-ready documents
Serve as a communication hub, adapting messaging for different audiences across leadership, teams, and external stakeholders
Support operational excellence by improving processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements:

2–4 years of relevant experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ownership of impactful projects
Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level fluency in both German and English
Proven ability to think strategically while executing operationally with precision and speed
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate effectively across teams
Demonstrated ability to push initiatives forward and deliver results in complex environments
Experience integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making is a plus
