About Indeemo

At Indeemo, we're redefining how companies understand people. Our AI-powered research platform helps global teams capture and analyse real-world human behaviour through video, photos, and rich multimedia diaries.

We leverage Mobile, Cloud and Generative AI to deliver intuitive, media-rich experiences across web and mobile. As we scale globally, having the right people building the pipeline is what makes the difference.

The Role

This is a pipeline-generation role. You'll research accounts, build lists, and get in front of the right people through email and LinkedIn outreach before they've ever heard of Indeemo.

Nobody's handing you a warm lead. You're creating the conversation, qualifying it, and booking the meeting for the Sales Team to take from there.

The work is proactive and requires persistence. Most people won't reply to the first message, some won't reply at all, and that's normal, not a sign something's wrong. What matters is whether you keep researching, keep refining the approach, and keep the pipeline moving. We use AI across the business, including in how outbound gets researched and personalised, and you'll be using those tools from day one, not bolting them on afterwards.

The Profile: The Builder

Resilient

Rejection and silence don't put you off. You adjust the approach and go again. A quiet week doesn't mean you stop, it means you dig into why and change something.

Curious Researcher

Before you reach out, you actually look into who you're contacting: their role, their company, why they might care. Generic outreach doesn't interest you.

Sharp via Email

You write clearly and persuasively. Cold outreach that reads like cold outreach doesn't get replies, and you know the difference.

Organised

You're running multiple outbound sequences and account lists at once and know exactly where each one stands. Nothing goes stale because you forgot to follow up.

AI-Curious

You're genuinely interested in using AI to research accounts, personalise outreach, and work faster, not just tolerating it because the job requires it.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting

Build and maintain target account lists based on ideal customer profile and market segment
Research accounts and contacts to identify the right people to approach and the right reason to approach them
Run outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including sequencing and follow-up cadences
Continuously test and refine messaging based on response and conversion rates

Pipeline Development

Qualify self-sourced prospects before they're passed to the Sales Team: assess fit, intent, and timing
Book discovery calls and intro meetings for the Sales Team, with context prepared in advance
Re-engage cold or lapsed accounts already in the system and work them back toward a live conversation

CRM & Pipeline Discipline

Log all outbound activity accurately and promptly: contacts, sequences, stages, next steps
Keep account and contact data current so targeting stays sharp rather than stale
Track your own outbound metrics (volume, response rate, meetings booked) and use them to improve, not just report

Skills & Experience

Around a year's experience in an outbound sales, prospecting, or business development role. SaaS exposure is a plus but not required.
Excellent written communication, specifically the ability to write cold outreach that doesn't read as generic
Comfortable with rejection and repetition without losing momentum
Comfortable with CRM and sequencing tools (HubSpot preferred) and the Google or Microsoft suite
Genuinely interested in using AI for research and personalisation, this matters more than prior AI exposure
Able to manage multiple active sequences and account lists without losing track of detail

Why This Role

You build the pipeline, not just work it.

This isn't a role responding to what comes in. You're creating the conversations that become the pipeline, which is a different and more transferable skill than qualifying inbound.

AI from day one.

You'll use AI tools for account research and outreach personalisation as a normal part of the job, not as an afterthought.

Close to the action.

You'll sit alongside a sales team working live pipeline with global clients, and see directly how the deals you generate get worked and closed.

Our Hybrid Approach to Work

At Indeemo we recognise the evolution that has taken place when it comes to hybrid working. Our hope is to achieve a balance between working in the office and from home that maximises communication, collaboration, creativity and productivity while preserving our company's culture.

Your first three months in the role, you'll be on-site at our Blackpool offices four days per week, Monday to Thursday. After three months, you'll have the option to scale back to three days per week on-site.

Life at Indeemo

At Indeemo, you get to join a diverse team of extra milers who are obsessed about delivering an intuitive product and an unforgettable customer experience.

“We value action over talk, collaboration over individualism and progress over perfection. We care about our work and we always look after each other. We know that what we each contribute on a daily basis has a direct, positive impact on the lives of the people who benefit from the research we empower. We never forget our duty of care when it comes to protecting the privacy of our users and customers.” — Eugene Murphy, CEO

Aside from a competitive salary and benefits, you'll get to join a world-class team with an amazing culture and exceptional work ethic.

We look forward to hearing from you!
