Provide strong stakeholder management with the gravitas to help drive the strategic technology direction of the MHB business.
Manage and develop a team of Technical Product Managers who own products within the portfolio.
Leverage experience supporting direct-to-consumer and employee-facing apps to address operational challenges, optimize processes, and design robust support models.
Support large-scale projects, including migration planning and phased integration into MHB’s target operating model (TOM).
Review technical debt and obsolescence, and help manage technology infrastructure aligned to zero trust architecture and secure software development.

Significant experience in senior Technical Product Management roles within software product companies (enterprise and/or consumer).
Experience in the insurance and/or health broking space, or a strong track record in financial services.
Proven ability to lead complex delivery across both vendor and in-house built technology solutions.
Strong business analysis, project management, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ability to work independently and drive execution across globally distributed, highly matrixed teams.
Strong Agile software development knowledge, including relevant tools and practices.

What makes you stand out?

Experience in the insurance and health broking space.

Why join our team:

Professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
A vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and make an impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
