We are seeking to hire a Social Media and Administrative Executive in our Dublin office to work with our marketing and training departments.

Responsibilities:

Marketing
- Admin for the Marketing Department, including updating the internal platforms and ensuring all requests from internal departments are met.
- Assist in the development of a strategic digital marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Department. From the digital marketing plan, create and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy.
- Day-to-day management of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn), ensuring all pages are up to date and relevant. Create all social media content, including graphics, videos (e.g., reels) and written content as specified. Schedule all social media posts.
- Work with the Recruitment Department and Training Department to develop specific social media strategies to meet their needs. This would also involve creating internal emails in HubSpot on a weekly and monthly basis.
Training
- Create and distribute engaging training news and updates for the organisation.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, virtual events, arranging materials and managing participant communications.
- Update and maintain the training calendar with upcoming sessions and events.
- Handle daily administrative tasks following training events, including feedback collection and report generation.
- Manage training-related invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.

Candidate Profile:

Proven 1-2 years of experience working in social media (shown through portfolio work). Ideally, 1 year of working in the industry.
Preferred relevant degree in marketing or business.
Personable with a strong willingness to learn.
Showcase strong skillset in organisation, collaboration and time management.
Ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and possess strong problem-solving skills.
